By using Ranna you agree to these terms. We kept them short and clear.
The service
Ranna is a guest paging and queue platform. We work to deliver every alert, but delivery depends on the customer's phone, network and settings — which is why we provide fallback channels and flag undelivered alerts to staff.
Accounts
You're responsible for the team members you add and for the accuracy of your venue's details. Don't use Ranna to send marketing without customers' consent.
Subscription and payment
Prices are per active branch and exclude VAT. Subscriptions renew on payment; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Partial periods aren't refunded unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or send unlawful content.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
